Small corrections to the PR5 MTG Rota do Maciço Central trail. Added a ford and corrected a small mismapped section.

Made correction related with the PR5.1 Derivação do Vale Glaciar 1 track. A small section was either mismapped or replaced by a parallel path.

This path does not exist. It was referred to as PR5.2 MTG Derivação do Vale Glaciar 2, but there are no local signs to follow. I tried to find it myself and there is no path to follow.
