This is Shag Rock. Storm Rock is the smaller formation SW.

Someone has placed notes about most of the rocks' names here. While upon some research I was able to confirm at least one of the names, I could not find a credible source that would specify what name belongs to which rock in this area. If someone can find it please update the names or reply here with a link to the source so I can update them.
