Made the eastern section of Morris Ave a tertiary road

Added an extension of South Fifth Avenue that also crosses the railroad.

Changed 4th Ave to an alley, since it is much to small to be a Residential Road.

Changed "La Scarpetta Italian Grill & Pizza" to "La Scarpetta" because the name was too long and it wasn't showing up on the map. Also, I added a farmers market, furniture store, restaurant, pet grooming store, and post office to the plaza I created.

Modified the border of the pool facility to be more rectangular; therefore also modifying the border of Weltx Park so there isn't a tiny area of nothingness.

Moved the border of Weltz Park to be in line with the border of the pool facility and added parking lanes, a service road, and tennis courts. I also deleted the area called "Pool Area" to make it less confusing.

Added the Township of Ocean Tennis Facility; most of the paths, walkways, and buildings within it; the three pools; the tetherball, volleyball, and basketball courts; and a playground. I also extended Louise Weltz Lane; added parking aisles attached to it
