Ref subsequently resolved note by "Anonymous" regarding speed limits that was here a few days ago; I was up on the moor yesterday (20170525) to GPS the military features in the Taw Valley and parked up next to an army van with a sergeant in it operating a radio. When he wasn't on the comms and I was sorting my gear out we exchanged pleasantries and I mentioned why I was there and what the deal was with Taw Valley. Then I mentioned speed restrictions. "The parks people talk rubbish. They manage the moor but the army controls the roads and they're restricted to the same as the rest of the camp." Which has a 15mph limit sign on the gate. I have amended the tagging accordingly. There is a sign at the Moorgate cattle grid to the effect that you are leaving the public road network and access is permissive [by the army], too.

These two buildings have clearly been demolished, leaving only the footprint. However, as the foundations remain should they be shown as a levels=0, derelict=yes tag combination (or some other tagging combo that more closely fits the reality on the ground), or should the features simply be deleted from the map?

This road (Anning Road) is tagged as access=yes but motor_vehicles=no, presumably due to it being built but not open. However, it was built around five years ago. Is it open yet, does anyone local know? I imagine it is and the motor_vehicle tag needs changing/removing.
