Update The Oval at junction 36

Replace deprecated and incorrect laneturns at Junction 36 with connectivity relations. Move road geometry more to centre as placement tags get ignored, tweak surrounding details

Attempt to replace deprecated turnlanes tags with connectivity relations, tweak geometry and placement tags & fix some other errors at Birdwell roundabout. Plus add some details
