Normalized Lake Superior shoreline relations; all members within relation should now be in order and without gaps

Began repairs of shoreline relations in the Great Lakes. Much of Lake Superior is currently tagged as Lake Huron coastline, for example. In progress.

Marked closed section of Twin Falls Trail; added a relation to link the different trail segments. Created a relation to be used for linking further segments of the Snoqualmie River (probably should eventually be a super-relation of forks/branches).
