Add building=yes tag to Observatory so that it will show up on the map, and because it is a building.

Move New Horizons to former CBC W Building (happened approximately 1 year ago). Add and update sidewalks across CBC campus. Add and update other features across CBC campus. Update POIs along 20th Ave. All updates part of a survey I did this afternoon.

Update 20th Ave north of the freeway exit off I-182. Add turn lanes, clean up split in the road
