Corrected the Woodbury & Liberty Township boundaries, based on the TIGERweb town lines, and https://data.census.gov/map/060XX00US1919392496?layer=VT_2023_060_00_PY_D1 to get the township lines. Sergent Bluff still needs to be fixed.
