building should be split up into individual buildings to represent each structure as this is not one building

unclear if this is really a building or rather a underground parking structure... there is a parking garage building tagged here: way/493994804 and a surface lot tagged here: way/32863065 In reality on the ground its a surface parking lot but there may be a larger structure below it, anyone who knows please help to update these tags... or add layer tags...
