I dont think cruise terminals should have ferry tags since they operate differently than ferries and seems to also not be supported by the tag schema: amenity=ferry_terminal so suggest changing the ferry tags on this structure...

both ellis and liberty islands are part of the Statue of Liberty National Monument so the polys for these islands should be marked with those tags for a national park. its already been set to be part of the Statue of Liberty National Monument relation.

police node: node/368051819 and building: way/278112893 but have a police tag on them but really only one should exist here, perhaps merge the node on to the building and update the name tags accordingly or remove the police tag from the building and instead use a government office tag in favor of keeping the existing node that has the police tag on it. Number of ways to go about it...
