The names of the ditch and pond here are odd and cant be confirmed by 3rd party sources. Also this welding center cant be confirmed, can someone check to see if these are real?

Another user put this footpath here in the water, I changed it to a water route per water route standards but I am still unconvinced that this exists and the name looks strange to me. There is a rowing association here so this could correspond to the crew regattas and practice... someone with knowledge please take a look and modify this if you agree.
