name of clinic as "clinic" doesnt seem like the real or best name of this clinic. Suggest "Coast Guard Island Medical Clinic" as an alternative because that is actually what it is and makes the poi useful for poi searches. At a minimum suggest adding a alt_name or ref tag. In addition a name that is only the category of the poi is not in line with the name tags usage: name=*
