looks like there are overlapping ways here one for the residential road and another for a golf cart service road here: way/802926353#map=16/40.1241/-75.1761 suggest merging the two or making a relation to clean it up but also the golf cart path seems to use the old tags and could be updated to the latest: osm.wiki/Proposed_features/Key:golf_cart

area has changed since the construction of new ped bridge and park in this area. Needs updating with new paths, park poly and any new roads. Park and bridge opened in August 2019.
