all these buildings should be tagged as building parts or something and instead the structure that they are in should be tagged as the building

suggest tagging overlapping buildings here as building:part=yes instead of building=roof and keeping the one building area for the single structure

buildings here could be retagged as 1 single building with multiple building:part=yes tags for the roofs or roof:shape tags etc... but no need to tag each building part as a building here...
