First pass at Douala's harbour... Just as stale and buggy as the rest of that old import.

It literally takes five seconds of browsing to stumble upon depressing modeling here...

Importing old public data may have seemed expedient at the time - now the staleness is a sad state of affairs. Also, a curse upon the city blocks drawn as building=yes - I'm not even going to delete them !

While I have a fair bit of Douala in RAM, let's "type:node untagged -child"... Uh... I had already deleted more than 10k and there are still ever more !
