Draw lake and find name

In August 2019, Mapillary images already showed Povišni has become part of the town of Ašmiany (which was confirmed to me by local inhabitants back then)
It's 2022 and this still hasn't been changed. As always in Belarus, hard to find sources... It is not the 1st case when someone reverts my changes without telling me only to find out what I said was true. Please check the info, it's easier for you to do it in Russian.
