Simplified many ways in the Preston - Lake Echo area to improve mkgmap rendering, nodes were too close causing bad rendering. Added a few turning circles, and cleaned up some areas that overlapped the ways (ie Grandview golf course, Ponderosa wetland)

The path (old road) between Snow White Drive and Sunrise Drive has a set of small boulders with dirt filling the gaps across the path. It is possible to walk around or over, but was placed there to block all traffic.
