Removed "intermittent=yes" from the canal by Middleton Middle School pending a more formal definition if "intermittent", since this canal always has water in it, though at certain times of the year it is stagnant and does not flow.

Added details to businesses in Boise Towne Square mall, mostly stuff like store type and wikidata. There's plenty more to add (eg hours, contact info) if someone is bored!

Mapped the interior of Boise Towne Square mall from official floorplan, both levels, in OSMInEdit, and then tweaks and fixed in iD. It should be ready to go now!
