Added a community letterbox for the weirdness on the north side of Idaho Street. I'll go by there later and add in specific house/unit numbers with SC or similar.

Added information around Middleton Roadside Park. I'm not sure that the western portion cotaining the museum and events center should be marked as a "Commercial Area"; it's still inside the park, and seems more of a "civic" area, if that's is a thing.
