More standard tagging of typical farm airstrip

added name and runway to airstrip - very tentatively, corrections and additions welcome!

removed "aeroway=aerodrome" because it suggests the presence of a seaparate aerodrome, which is not true. To do things really properly, the aerodrome ought to be created as a relation, with the two land areas as components. Not worth the effort, in my op
