The top surface of this water utility infrastructure is reportedly now "Lakefront Porch Park", operated by the City. Seating may be expanded. Generally, City Parks hours are 4AM-10PM, but this may or may not actually be signed at this park. I am also currently unaware of whether the Crowley Station Community Garden is still in place concurrently with this new park.
