| 132769030 | almost 3 years ago | Trazas GPS y Strava ciertamente, he usado Mapbox y Esri, y si me pase algo a Chile no fue intencional.

|

| 132186907 | almost 3 years ago | I used to live in that same road in the 1450 of Calle Miguel de Aguirre and could confirm that the road is now one way from west to east, however there are vehicles, that still use it in both ways. |
| 132342713 | almost 3 years ago | As a reminder, please consider that Mobile and standalone GPS signals and traces in South America has NO the same level of confidence and accuracy than in others parts of the globe, despite being provided by Strava Heat maps or actual GPS traces... |
| 132513505 | almost 3 years ago | We are not requiring at all that your revert, neither we will do any reversion of such data, despite the agreements that we may has reach. Good data is welcome. Our concern is related to the quality and deficiencies of the existing data and not add more (even good) over data that needs a lot of improvements. About the "interest" of the UMSA we have strong concerns that their interest are driven for "individual goals" unrelated to the good of the map. Their mapping activities are more Social Media Fanfare than actual mapping. And they never considered the priorities and needs of the map of the country that goes far beyond than sidewalks and park benches. In a recent tweet about this "Fanfared Projects" we suggest that how about an effort to include in the map of Bolivia the more of 9000 official human settlements still not included in the map, or the more of 12000 schools still not included, or the more of 2400 Health Centers still not included. We believe that sidewalks are ok, but is not more important critical data? data that "Visualize" people? their critical resources and needs? As an example. La Paz is a city with several needs of fresh water and is served by several Reservoirs, Lakes and other water bodies. The mapping of such resources has NO colaboration at all from this kind of "iniciatives" that work as stand alone entities and islands, and that the time has proved that they will eventually fade and dissapear, becuase they are not looking the "higher goal", but the individual and more "mediatic" one. Congrats for your project, wish you the best; but for now our project is named #Bolivia (1.09 Million Square Kilometers) BsRgds

| 132513505 | almost 3 years ago | As a practice, the local community acepted to not include sidewalks for many reasons in particular for the poor quality and offset of the imagery available for ours cities. Said this, do NOT preclude that several more open areas like parks that have clear views could be mapped with path, footways or sidewalks as applicable. As such, and otherwise indicated all traffic ways in OSM has sidewalks as de facto, so it could not make much difference for navigation porpouses, if the blocks sidewalks are drawn or not. The same applies to the drawing of city blocks, that is just more lines in the map, if they do not have any identification, and in bolivia that standard do not exist so far. So we have some "ways of mapping" being enforced unilaterally by some mappers without the consensus of the comunity. Please review and advise BsRgds

| 132513505 | almost 3 years ago | Hi. Could I inquire why are you adding data in one Changeset, and later deleting such data in another Changeset? I was not able to find any reference to #teachosm-project-1501. Is this some kind of training? If so I suggest that do not edit the heavy urban enviroment, and look more for parks or unhabited areas for practicing mapping.
