After several years of being closed, it was completely removed a couple of weeks ago. There are no plans to rebuild it.

Unable to answer "What surface does this piece of road have?" for way/847188652 via StreetComplete 36.1:

This section of road no longer exists. Rather, it has been incorporated into the large grassy park field as seen in the attached pictures. I am using the StreetComplete app on my Android phone and cannot make this edit from the app.
