This is not a body of water but a sports field instead. Also, the name of this park was supposed to be 'Zalmplaatpark' but it is unclear whether people are using this name/if it is actually officially documented as such (google maps has 'Zalmweide park'.

Technically that's one building but logically it's divided in three separate buildings: a hotel, an offices and a living building. So it should be either divided here or use some mixed category.
