The designation of this highway is currently "footway" and it claims the source, as follows: source:designation=suffolk_county_council_prow_gis_data
I couldn't understand how to check the source to see exactly what the previous mapper meant, but from limited local knowledge + aerial imagery, I'm wondering if a different designation would be more appropriate on OSM here? This 'footway' clearly links the road to a farm and other buildings, and motor vehicles are shown nearby which I think could only have accessed via this "footway"? highway=service or highway=track seems more appropriate to me, but could someone please advise?

Could you check this road? Maybe there is some kind of obstacle, access ban, gate or something else? There is feedback from the driver, which shows that he could not drive along this road. The driver sent feedback that the road isn't allowed. We do not have more detailed information such as why the road is closed, what weight and dimensions of the vehicle, photos from the place of feedback. #mbx_uk_editing
