Modified to cycle & foot path, part of F421 cycle highway, which both pedestrians and cyclists can use

The new cycle highway (Fietssnelweg F421) can be used by both pedestrians and bicycles. Also added steps that connect the Elzeelsesteenweg to F421. And corrections to the cycle and pedestrian paths around the station.
