This appears to be one lane, one way; with access from the two-way section southwest of the intersection cut off by the porkchop traffic island. Further up, however, is what certainly has to be a two lane, two way road. Needs survey to confirm correctness of one way vs. two way and lane count.

Bourne street (the side including #14 only) and Philadelphia street (the portion with no noted house numbers) are wooded areas with no accessible street.

This should just be one large parking area for the whole place, not broken up like this. Individual spots can be mapped, but not haphazardly in-between like this.
