The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Many parking lots in this area need descriptive names removed. Names should be replaced with ref=* (e.g. ref=NC32).

A few things need fixing.

The residential area (way/300040604) also needs residential=apartments added.

The buildings need the name deleted since it has been added to the area containing them.

Each residential building needs either building=dormitory or building=apartments.

Also, what does the note="Closed." mean? Are these disused or abandonned? If so that changes things.

Baits II needs to be removed from building names. It is redundant since they are within an area named Bates II.

The area should be tagged with residential=apartments.

These buildings should also be tagged with building=dormitory or building=apartments depending on how they are used.
