The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Hello! The location of the house is correct but when people use openstreetmaps for directions, it takes you down the incorrect road. Falda Rd now dead ends after 3677 Falda Rd going West. To get to 3430 or 3460 Falda Rd coming from San Anselmo Rd, you need to turn on Amargon Rd. Amargon Rd then turns into (the other) Falda Rd. Falda Rd was essentially separated and turned into two non-connecting streets but keeps the same name.

There are many parking areas around here with descriptive names. There should be no name on all/most of them (e.g. Residential Lot 4 and Commuter Lot 27). The names on parking lots like this should be deleted. Tags should be added. A couple of possible examples:

access=permit
access=private; private=students
