I am not sure what all the other areas that you have mapped and tagged leisure=sports_centre + sport=equestrian are, but they don't look like sports centres.

You have retagged way/271711015/history from a building to a riding centre. But on PDOK/Bing it looks like a building. In OSM every building should have a building tag, otherwise it is not rendered as a building on the maps. For specific building types there are different tags available, e.g. building=stable, building=riding_hall. building=barn, ...
I would recommend to create a separate object (area or node) for the riding centre "De Wolvenhoeve", e.g. like here: way/703036885

Caroubier Hippodrome was correctly tagged with leisure=sports_centre + sport=horse_racing. You have retagged it to leisure=horse_riding, but tag is not appropriate for hippodromes, compare OSM wiki:
sport=horse_racing
leisure=horse_riding

The French name of the preset for hippodromes in iD is "Course hippique".

Ein Schuppen (building=shed) ist wohl kaum eine Reitanlage (leisure=horse_riding). Im Wiki steht zu Tag leisure=horse_riding : "Die Anlage sollte das ganze Gelände einschließen: Pferdeställe, Reitplätze, Reithalle, andere zugehörige Gebäude oder Paddocks ..." Wenn way/205040125 (name=Reiterhof Hüllen) dieses Gelände ist, dann sollte das leisure=horse_riding da dran. Ich habe aber keine Ahnung, ob dieser Reiterhof Hüllen noch existiert.
Der Schuppen ist auch ziemlich groß. Falls es eine Reithalle ist, könnte man ihn umtaggen zu building=riding_hall.

Für Reitplätze gibt's in iD ein Preset mit dem sinnigen Namen "Reitplatz", welches die dafür üblicherweise verwendeten Tags leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian setzt. In OSM riding arenas (and also round pens) are usually tagged leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian and in iD there is a different preset for ridng arenas than for riding centres that sets these tags. Please make sure you use the correct presets depending on what you want to map.

This was a bad idea. You have removed the building tag (building=yes). This is a building and therefore should have a building tag, otherwise it is not rendered as a building. You have replaced the building tag with leisure=horse_riding. This tag is for riding centres and not for buildings. If this building is a riding hall / indoor arena you can tag it building=riding_hall. iD does not have a preset for this currently, but in the next release it will.

soweit ich das auf den Luftbildern gesehen habe, sind alle Flächen, die du als Reitanlage (Tag leisure=horse_riding) gemappt hast, Reitplätze oder Paddocks und keine Reitanlagen (Reiterhöfe o.ä.). Kannst du die bitte dementsprechend (um)taggen? Für Reitplätze ist es in iD ganz einfach: Einfach nach "reitplatz" suchen und auswählen; das setzt dann die Tags leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian. Für Paddocks kannst du z.B. landuse=animal_keeping nehmen, dafür gibt es aber kein Preset.
Die komplette Reitanlage, wo das Tag leisure=horse_riding dran käme, kannst du als Knoten oder Fläche mappen, wie z.B. Reitstall Pundt: way/249503322 oder Huder Reiterhof node/10593910686

these four objects are buildings and you have retagged them to riding centres, the iD editir has removed building=yes and added leisure=horse_riding. Therefore they are no longer rendered as buildings on the map. I would recommend to undo this because a) every building should have a building tag. b) the tag leisure=horse_riding is not meant to be used for buildings but for complete riding centres and c) there should be only one OSM object with tag leisure=horse_riding for every riding centre (which in your case is node/11414709495). For different types of buildings there are different building tags available, e.g. building=stable, building=riding_hall, building=barn, building=roof etc.
