This was not a good idea because now this building is no longer rendered as a building on the map. If the building is an indoor riding arena you can use tag building=riding_hall instead of building=yes. The tag leisure=horse_riding is not for indoor arenas, it is for the whole riding centre, like here: way/1159188272 or here: node/8108592238.

Roundpens werden üblicherweise so wie Reitplätze getaggt (leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian), also so wie der größere Reitplatz direkt daneben: way/690935717 .
Das Tag leisure=horse_riding (für Reitanlagen) hättest du stattdessen der Römerhof-Fläche hinzufügen können. Hier ist ein Beispiel aus der Gegend, wo das so gemacht wurde: way/287306110

Nach der Beschreinung von https://www.reiterhof-pilger.de könnte vllt. auch noch social_facility=equine_assisted_centre in Frage. Ist relativ neu und nocht nicht viel benutzt.

way/1301794112 ist ein Reitplatz und keine Reitanlage und sollte daher als Reitplatz (leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian) getaggt werden.

Was way/1301794110 und way/1301794111 ist, kann ich nicht erkennen, vielleicht Koppeln (?). Aber jedenfalls soll man das Tag leisure=horse_riding nur einmal pro "Reitanlage" verwenden, vielleicht kann man es hier an der Gesamtfläche von "Reiterhof Pilger" (way/38700174) anbringen. Dann wäre das so ungefähr wie bei "Reiterhof Wernigerode" (way/203670786).

Bei "Reitanlage -Reitclub Reinstedt e.V." (way/1301484982) könnte man es wohl auch verwenden.

Im Wiki steht nur, dass man Weiden und Koppeln mit landuse=meadow + meadow=pasture taggen soll. Zusätzlich animal=horse hinzuzufügen ist sicher nicht falsch, wird aber selten gemacht.
Was eine "Reitkoppel" ist, ist mir auch nicht klar. In England gibt es einen Mapper, der Tausende von Weiden/Koppeln mit sport=equestrian getaggt hat, aber das ist nirgends so definiert und wird sonst kaum gemacht.
