Places on nodes being more common conversely is no reason to reduce from areas to nodes only. Just leave them alone

I've reverted this. Please leave the places on areas alone

We see these cycleways as an integrated part of the road, so we'll most likely revert the decoupling. Please see osm.wiki/Da:Cykelstivejledning

Well, most routers I've tried allows pedestrians on cycleways. For other types of roads see relation/1124103

In DK it's legal to walk on a cycleway unless there is a footway right next to it, so adding foot=yes here isn't really needed

Note that Falkoner Plads was defined by a multipolygon, which made tagging the outer polygon wrong.
I've removed the multipolygon though and replaced the pedestrian tag with place=square (as this will not hide the building on the square)
