Just a footpath. The one on Barry Street may be designated as a cycle path during the construction works going on for the metro tunnel, but I think it is just a footpath.

Some of these 'pedestrian streets' are coridors, some have steps. All are full enough with pedestrians that one shouldn't ride on them during working hours.
