What's written in the note is not true anymore - outdated. Been here myself just 2 weeks ago for a kids birthday party - anyway the fixme still stands as there's a name change but need to verify to be sure

multiple entries per semicolon, floor goes into it's own floor tag and unit has it's own unit tag. phone use international format as per wiki and internet has it's own tags too - no notes needed for it.

What's in a note should be helpful for mappers to map - to avoid clogging the map with notes any historical data - if there's a plague or memorial etc that can be added then as inscription otherwise OSM isn't a database of historical records - libraries a

if you know the start_date we can add that as a proper tag. Just the note something is new - isn't of any value to mappers without at least mentioning the year, see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:opening_date

A mapping request shouldn't be a in a note - then you'd have tens of thousands of notes all around KK. And if contacting a specific mapper - then do so but not generally put a note for addressing 1 specific mapper.

Removing these notes - it may be true something isn't in sync with yahoo - but it is with BING and/or Maxar depending what you choose and which offset you have. And there's the thing that even those may be wrong to the current reality
