Lingayen to Baguio UV Express - other direction - route Kennon added

Adding 2nd route Baguio to Lingayen - if Kennon is open - and removed a tunnel where I thought it's tunnel but passing there again I saw it's not..

It's called Lingayen Common Terminal - not Bus.. mostly UV Express/Jeeps here anyway

updates around bliss, roads, surfaces, buildings, addresses, etc. everything from walking around here myself making notes and pictures.
