Removing a path on top of the sidewalk - if there's no physical reality on the ground of a path - then we don't add a path! There's a properly mapped sidewalk already

Fixing Jeep stops - Jeeps are not allowed to form an obstacle to the Taxi and other traffic.

Few more details on the Sison bus stop - as always I only map where I've seen it with my own eyes
