I am suffering problem when I select location while listing on market place in mobile

No pokemon spawns in pokemon go anywhere in this area where there are multiple players

This is now a traffic circle / roundabout. I'm going to say since approximately January of 2019, but I wouldn't swear to the exact date. In case someone smarter than me wants to fix it, I did a lap around it and uploaded thee imagery to Mapillary a few days ago.

Could someone please verify if this part is oneway?

Is this a real feature? Doesn't appear in Satellite imagery, but perhaps it's seasonal?
