| Changeset | When | Comment |
|---|---|---|
over 5 years ago | Could you please try and provide descriptive changeset comments? Just putting a period as your comment doesn't help anyone trying to figure out what you did
over 5 years ago | What are the names of the houses you added? Are these the names of the people that live here? Or is this actually the proper name of the house? If these are actually the names of the people who live here, then the names need to be removed
over 5 years ago | Can you please try and use proper changeset comments whenever you make map edits? Just saying "all are real" doesn't provide any information about what you did, and it definitely raises some concerns about your changes validity..
over 5 years ago | May I ask why you needlessly removed wetlands and houses?
over 5 years ago | It doesn't matter if it's on private property - that isn't what determines if something is mapped or not. I tagged it as a private path to signify that it is not open for public use
over 5 years ago | Do these features actually exist in real life? Imagery is showing plenty of housing any no parks
over 5 years ago | Could you please try and provide descriptive comments to your changelogs? Just saying "I am a local." does not provide any information about what you mapped.
over 5 years ago | You can't just delete map information because it is on private property. OpenStreetMap maps what is there in real life, not what is according to someone's interests, which you clearly did here
over 5 years ago | Not a local, just saw the roads on aerial imagery and it evidently looked as though they should connect, with a clear road path on aerial. I can't imagine why it wouldn't be connected, given that the driveway would otherwise have no points of access on the map. Complaint may have come from the person who made notes earlier, concerned about people driving on this road to get to Virginia Pine Lane. Except there isn't any way to get to that road from this small driveway, so not sure what the issue would be.
over 5 years ago | Please do not use Google Maps as a source for OpenStreetMap.
over 5 years ago | companies* sigh..
over 5 years ago | can you please be more descriptive in your changelog comments? just saying "test"" makes it extremely ambiguous as to what you have done to the map data
over 5 years ago | Could you try to be a bit more specific with your changelog comment? "Weare edits 10" provides 0 information as to what you actually changed on the map
over 5 years ago | This isn't a good reason to change map data. You add stuff on the map that is accurate to real life, not that will help a Minecraft project
over 5 years ago | Yeah, I frequent https://ent8r.github.io/NotesReview and look through all the recent notes... usually do it for finding any spam/0,0 notes, but I also like fixing quick things like this.
almost 6 years ago | Thanks for pointing that out, guess I made a mistake when re copying tags from revision v8. Fixed.
almost 6 years ago | Strasburg* VA
over 6 years ago | Oh, I'm not familiar with maps.me at all. Curious, what about the fact that it's maps.me would make them not know? Never really heard of it before
over 6 years ago | Could you perhaps have a separate changeset for both next time? It seems like the two POI's are on different continents, meaning your changeset area covers a ton of people who don't need to see this at all, thanks!
over 6 years ago | An area you made in Australia made it so that this changeset is visible for almost the entire southern hemisphere, leading for many mappers to see this in their history when the closest edit could've been thousands of miles away. Perhaps next time the Australia area could be a seperate changeset to prevent this?
