Just looking at bus routes around here, and talking to someone who recalls taking buses here.

The bus 42 relation here. Looks suspicious. Very narrow road. Should that be going around Bridge Lane instead?

Building seems suspicious. Bing shows smaller buildings either side of fonthill Mews so where is mount view house and Rtg Ltd?

I was reading this article: http://www.cntraveler.com/story/in-iceland-a-hand-drawn-map-is-as-good-as-an-address Fun challenge to try decipher that map. I *think* it's pointing here. What d'you reckon? If I we're confident then we could map this as a farm and petting zoo.
