Is there supposed to be two different places called "Upper Sydenham"?

We've currently got this node: node/5067878599 ...and also one a fair distance to the east of here: node/2681755461 Both place=quarter.

Currently the OSM data has this river stopping here.
I can see in the imagery it, *does* kind of disappear, but it reappears and carries on just to the south of here (currently nothing mapped for that bit)
