Fixed several minor issues of my recent edits which caused poor rendering

Minor modifications around corner Stintzing/Strümpel. Added a Driveway. Re-tagged a few Service Roads to Driveways (that's what they are). Shifted Dr. Wagner to the backside of the building (the real location).

Adjusted/created various objects in the refurbished Jamin Park residence area

Removed misleading names from street appendices. Restored lost house number Lammersstr. 1a

Piazza Italia a few more minor adjustments of the residence track grid.

Adjusted various details around Gebbertstr. 160

One more attempt to adjust the Lammersstr. south end to reality.

Minor feature additions (playground, bench)

Updated and completed various details of the Piazza Italia residence. Primarily fixed access rules for tracks within the residence area and vicinity.

Further fine tuning of buildings and tracks around the turning cycle at the end of Lammersstr. Used Erlangen Luftbild which provides a very clear picture of the area.

Nürnberger Str. 15x are no longer under construction. Updated buildings and access paths and several other objects in the refurbished Jamin Park based on current aerial image and personal visit observation.
