HMC3rd | Should this service road be merged with Sandymouth Road? Is this a real named road? It doesn't appear in the Maryland GIS centerline data, but I don't know how authoritative that data set is.

HMC3rd | Is there any evidence that this should still be mapped as a path? State park maps do not locate any trails in this area and this is mapped as accessed only from private property abutting the park. Park regulations request visitors stay on designated trails, this would appear to be counter to such guidance. https://dnr.maryland.gov/publiclands/Pages/central/GunpowderFalls/Hereford-Area-Trails.aspx

HMC3rd | I looked for this "trail" today (8/17/24) on a bike ride. The most likely access point was a gate to a Baltimore County Stormwater retention area that was signed "No Dumping / No Trespassing". I do not think this trail actually exists - I support the idea of it, would be a great cut-through - but I believe this should be removed as there's no trail visible here.

HMC3rd | This trail should be re-surveyed. Currently this location is a residential construction project. (as of 3/24/2024)
The Glen Arm US post office entrance is on Long Green Pike
ElliottPlack | New Housing Development here that is not currently visible on Bing or MD imagery. Please do not remove the new roads or boundaries unless it is surveyed.
HMC3rd | New wooden bridge crossing (and trail alignment) approx here based on bike ride 1/2/2023.
HMC3rd | This needs to be re-surveyed, I rode my bike on this road this morning and Wissahickon Ave appears to ends just after 4th Avenue. The so-called "5th Avenue" appears to be two-track trail and not at all an actual road.
HMC3rd | This supposed path between the sidewalk and track labeled “Old Mays Chapel Rd” does not seem to exist. Entire length of this sidewalk has a guardrail between sidewalk and open space. I biked past pre-dawn and saw no evidence of an access point. This feature should be re-assessed in the daylight.

HMC3rd | This needs to be re-mapped, there are more apartments here now (part of River Watch Apartments).
