Updates to paths around White Oak School (to include steps that are not wheelchair accessible). Added path surface info as well. Based on a bike ride this afternoon.

Added a pedestrian connection between two streets that are not connected for motorized traffic. Sidewalk connection exists. Based on in-person survey (bike ride) - definitely sidewalk (not bike path) connection.

Update access level for bridlepaths and driveway at Marathon Farm, aggressively signed as private property (video surveillance signs).

Correct alignment of Piney Hill Road, based on bike ride to the end of the road today. Prior version had a private driveway as the end of the road and the actual last section as a service drive.

Light rail crossing details based on getting stopped here waiting for the train on a bike ride. Quite nice that the BWI Trail gets it's own lights and barrier arm.

Upgrade a "footpath" to a "path" to indicate multi-use (e.g. bikes ok) based on recent bike ride. Connects to BWI Trail and definitely wide enough to be rideable.
