There is no passage for cars from Weizmann onto Sde Boker. The two streets don't intersect.

In fact, the west part of Sde Boker (west of Yizhak Sade) is a dead end for cars, but there is a footpath from the westmost end of Sde Boker to Weizmann.

It is permitted to turn left from HaMelech Yosef onto Ben Gurion going south, but the map does not indicate so.
