The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

This hotel in China for some reason only has a Russian name, which happens to translate to the town its in. If able to somehow verify please do so.

Some construction has occurred here that I'm unsure is on recent satellite imagery. Will need to try to remember to take some photos when I can.

A new road connects from around here to Palm Beach Road. Hopefully it'll show on new imagery at some point.
