Double-check whether this is still The Children's Trust to the left of Kitch. When I passed recently there it looked like there was decoration being performed, but it was unclear whether it was a refresh or a replacement.

From the Bing imagery it looks like there's an only_turn_left turn restriction from George Street into Regent Street. Double-check with a survey and, if so, add it.
