i visited this spot there is a chain/metal/rope/fence to prevent access.The road has collapsed at this point and is only a water course

This building is the Deres Horse riding centre sadly now abandoned due to the passing of the owner.I visited the land area yesterday and it is clearly derilict.If you could instruct me how to tag abandoned buildings better this would help me .Thank you

I can confirm as i have personally visited the petrol station it is permanently closed
