Ik zie dat je de beta tool gebruikt die ik gemaakt heb om gebouwen toe te voegen. Op zich leuk dat je deze alsnog gevonden hebt. Ik heb te weinig moeite gedaan om deze te verstoppen, we hadden in de community afgesproken om even te stoppen met het importeren van gebouwen `en masse` en je heb momenteel al meer dan 10K gebouwen toegevoegd. Het probleem zit hem ook in het feit dat de adressgegevens bij de bron al problematisch zijn, waardoor er veel fouten in kunnen komen. Als je hier en daar een paar gebouwen gebruikt om iets te verbeteren gaan we niet direct probleem van maken, doe ik zelf ook nog wel. Maar de hoeveelheid die je nu erin aan het zetten bent gaat wel degelijk opvallen (zo kom ik hier terrecht). Ik zie ook dat je de overbodige processing tags eruit haalt, dus ik veronderstel dat je wel lijkt te weten wat je moet doen. Is er een kans om ons te vervoegen op het riot chat kanaal van OSM.be, of zit je er al in ? momenteel is jouw werk een beetje het onderwerp van de dag aan het worden. https://riot.im/app/#/room/#osmbe:matrix.org

Why did you delete the relation ?

Why are you deleting so much valuable information with not explanation ? This is unacceptable. Please explain why you delete for example this way/42004059?

Also, you seem to bulk edit sub_stations without respecting what the wiki clearly states : This tag is a refinement of power=station and power=sub_station and has replaced these tags. Do not try to automatically change these tags.

Take a good look at that last line.

Hi, It seems you are mapping for the renderer based upon bing data as mention by your source. The changeset is rather huge and have sparse comments. I took a few changes you made on the ArcelorMittal site and you've introduced errors, creating a landfill where it's not one. We like to ask you to consult with the belgian community first before making such changes. This site has been mapped in great detail based upon plans that we received from AM themselves. It makes no sense to use a less accurate source to change those values into the wrong ones. Please do not map for the renderer.

First of all: for a parking, fee=no is implicitly assumed, no need to add this. Thanks for changing the name of the Okay to the new Colruyt. The opening hours are still wrong as the latter is open until 20:00.

You also change a path into a footway and then start adding implicit transportation modes, here as well a footway is not a motorway, so it's assumed that no cars will pass. There is no need to add all those. ( Brandvoetweg ). Most of the work you have changed is from very very experienced mappers and you have made a few mistakes. It would be great if you join us on the osm.be chat https://riot.im/app/#/room/#osmbe:matrix.org to discuss your edits you're planning until you know better how this works. There are quite some errors and assumptions you make. Changing the name of a sport facility into 'Sporthal' most often does not make any sense. This one too is totally wrong and you changed the dynamics by removing the area tag: way/90859502

Would appreciate you joining our community online but we need to assure quality , so please refrain from changing things that are complicated, start by mapping simple things, read the wiki first and better, ask us questions in the riot channel or on IRC

btw, in JOSM I was able to auto-fix this entire string , pretty amazing that check being able to translate from french to the OH format. thanks for being sportive about my message !

Zoveel manueel werk.... Als je echt geen shape file gebruikt hebt teken je wel heel exact over van GRB

maar de vraag : waarom zegt met nu niets kan ik met meerdere antwoorden geven: a) je doet het met mondjesmaat , niet in bulk waardoor die toevoegingen normaal lijken. Sander heeft maar 1 tool, dus over welke andere tools heb je het hier ?

Vanaf het moment dat je gaat kopieren op de een of andere manier is het niet aan de rest van de community om jou te informeren , ik denk dat het eerder aan jou als mapper ( geld voor iedereen trouwens) om je licht hierover op te steken , de wiki bulkt van dit soort waaschuwingen, er is het forum , de mailing lijst waar je terecht kan.

Je kan ons vervoegen op de webchat ( https://riot.im/app/#/room/#osmbe:matrix.org ) en de vraag stellen. Je bent een beetje een OSM-Einzelganger bij wijze van spreken. Op zich niet zo een probleem maar je kan dan moeilijk stellen dat de informatie tot bij jou moet gebracht worden, je moet ook zelf informeren.

In ieder geval, als ik je op je woord neem dat het getraced is van achtergrond is het mooi gedaan, veel werk maar helaas ook een beetje overbodig straks als de tools er zijn om dit semi-automatisch te doen.

What are you doing here ? You seem to be totally missing the point of Openstreetmap.

You're going to have to delete a lot here although it's doubtful you're going succeed in doing this on your own. It's even hard to explain why there are so many wrongs here. OSM is not meant to be used to create this sort of maps.

kinda counterproductive Matthieu , you're drawing attention to the very thing you want to hide for some obscure and silly reason. Tx Dick for keeping track. Just mark the highway private and it will be respected by all the tools using osm data

Ik heb jouw eerste edit even verbeterd. De gebouwen kruisten elkaar en zo te zien heb je vooral naar het dak gekeken om ze te aligneren, en dat geeft een vertekend beeld. De gebouwen kunnen in redelijke korte tijdspanne gemigreerd worden via GRB data. Bedankt voor de contributie toch, moest je nog vragen hebben, osm.be zitten in https://riot.im/app/#/room/#osmbe:matrix.org te chatten meestal

Ik zal jouw edits graag toetsen aan de waarheid, bedankt om mij erop te wijzen dat je weeral met de grove borstel OSM naar je hand probeert te zetten.

Beste Jan, als jij er in de eerste plaats was afgebleven zou ik zoveel werkt niet gehad hebben om alles terug te zetten. Je mag altijd concrete zaken naar mijn attentie brengen want voorlopig weet ik niet waarover je het exact hebt.
