I'm curious - why did you remove the existing restaurant then add it back? It would have been easier to just align the building. BTW - newer imagery is often offset from the previous imagery. It can be adjusted in the background layer settings.

This app requires that I review everything as good or bad. There is no in between. When I mark it as bad, it may only be that it doesn't fit the OSM tagging scheme. I'll leave a changeset comment with what I found.

It looks like you dragged a convenience store node. I went ahead and fix it.

From looking at counties records, I'd guess that those are service roads around an apartment complex. Residential roads typically have names in Washington State.
