| 131698036 | almost 3 years ago | Thanks for adding the bus stops. Just a reminder, bus stops should be added as a node to one side of the highway where people wait for the bus. See highway=bus_stop for more info

| 131512375 | almost 3 years ago | Relations in OSM are a great addition but can be difficult to deal with. Each way can be used in other polygons so adding tags to the way won't make sense to the other uses of the way. I believe relationships are unique to OSM and not found in normal GIS products. Because relations are difficult to deal with using JOSM as an editor can help. See osm.wiki/Relation:boundary for more info on boundary relations |
| 131524609 | almost 3 years ago | I added the off trust lands because of the residential lands off of Rutsatz Road. There was no Whatcom county records of what it was nor did Bing Street Side show any signs. When I looked at the off trust lands that's where I discovered it was part of the Nooksack reservation |
| 131524609 | almost 3 years ago | Thanks for catching the missing tags which is now corrected. The weird geometry is what the state has. I agree that it looks like a mistake but it is exactly what the state shows. |
| 131556557 | almost 3 years ago | Not all of the areas you show in the landuse appear to be part of the apt complex. See https://matterhornwab.co.pierce.wa.us/publicgis/?find=0420241066. Also - it looks like there are multiple house numbers. Can you review your edit?

| 131526827 | almost 3 years ago | #TIP: access private isn't used unless the sidewalk is marked as private - no trespassing, or has a gate. Also because OSM was founded in England, we use British English and their terms on tags. footway=sidewalk is only used when the footway is alongside of a street. Basically what we call a sidewalk is just a footway in England unless it's next to a road.

| 131520159 | almost 3 years ago | Boundary maritime is used for areas of seas clamined by countries. See boundary=maritime. I'm not sure that the one you added near Houston applies
| 131512375 | almost 3 years ago | #TIP: the relation contains the needed tags that describe the boundary. Tagging each section can cause problems if they are also used by other relations. In this case it may because part of the way is used to describe the county boundary as well.

| 131326543 | almost 3 years ago | I use the parcel data regularly and rely on it so I understand why you use it as well. I would say that marking the trail as informal is all that is needed. access=yes is implied so isn't really needed. BTW - the informal tag got added because of government parks. Informal helps them when looking for lost hikers and where they might want to add plantings to the area to discourage it use. |
| 131401788 | almost 3 years ago | Thank you for your edit. I reviewed your work and it looks good. Don't forget to add power poles or towers as needed.
| 131401740 | almost 3 years ago | Thank you for your edit. I reviewed your work and it looks good. One suggestion the power line added near wanapun village doesn't have a tower on the east side. Should there be one?
| 131401653 | almost 3 years ago | I think you intended to create a landuse area for the community center. There doesn't appear to be a building that size on the imagery. The landuse tag should indicate the use of the area. For example landuse=residential. or landuse=commercial. Can you review this edit? Let me know if you need help.

| 131360308 | almost 3 years ago | #TIP: a footway is like a sidewalk. Use highway=path for what we'd call a trail in the US. OSM was created in England so we use British English for tags which can be confusing.
| 131360234 | almost 3 years ago | #TIP: A view point is usually just a point. Position the point where the best view point is located. Can you fix this edit?
| 131360185 | almost 3 years ago | #TIP: just connect the path between North Columbia Ridge Way and the driveway. Once connected routers will use the path for walkers
| 131326543 | almost 3 years ago | #TIP: if the footway is marked as private then tag it with access=private otherwise I'd just tag it as a highway=footway and informal=yes
| 131321498 | almost 3 years ago | Question - are these roads marked as private or just on private land? Only roads marked as private should have the access=private tag. Can you review your edit?
| 131316937 | almost 3 years ago | Thank you for your edit. I reviewed your work and it looks good. Glad to see you changed it to a path in your next edit. One suggestion. The path shouldn't connect to the ridge. One is a natural feature the others is just a route to travel. From the looks of the imagery, the path continues south of the ridge line.
